Each year ever Classis (regional group) sends 4 delegates to the Christian Reformed Church of North America Synod. Various matters regarding such things as theology, the CRCNA organizations and other matters that affect the whole denomination are discussed and voted on. This year an Interim report is included from The Committee to Articulate a Foundation-laying Biblical Theology of Human Sexuality. You are invited to read this report found at https://www.crcna.org/sites/default/files/2019_agenda.pdf pages 404 - 445. This task force was formed 2 years ago following a report about Same-Sex Marriage. However, this task force goes beyond looking at same-sex marriage and considers a broader Biblical view of human sexuality. On May 23 at 7 pm, we will be gathering in the Fireside Room to discuss this report and provide feedback to Lori Fieber who will be attending Synod on behalf of our Classis.
