Recently someone told me that they thought the story of the Harry Potter was a better overall story than the Bible--better writing, better plot, better characters, more interesting, etc.

That comment made me ask: "Is Harry Potter really a better story than the Bible?"

For me, one of the problems with answeing this question is that I have never read the Harry Potter books. Shocking, I know! 

So, although I am very much "Johnny come lately" to this series of books, I am on a quest. I started reading Book 1 of the Harry Potter series last night.

So far, so good.

But is the Harry Potter story really a better than the Bible...??? Stay tuned, I will have to let you know.
